Well just a little update I got on Twitter thanks to one of my friends who RT me the following from The Temperamentals Twitter:
Dana Delaney was in the audience last night. This is what happens when those housewives leave Wisteria Lane.
Still once more, the last name’s spelling is wrong – that’s starting to piss me off more than usual.
Anyway, for those of you interested The Temperamentals it’s a play written by Jon Marans and directed by Jonathan Silverstein. “Temperamental” was code for “homosexual” in the early 1950’s, part of a created language of secret words that gay men used to communicate. The Temperamentals tells the story of two men – the communist Harry Hay and the Viennese refugee and designer Rudi Gernreich – as they fall in love while building the first gay rights organization in the pre-Stonewall United States.
