Dana Delany and Jeri Ryan, Body of Proof
While we’re going to miss Delany as Bree’s clone-turned-colleague Katherine on Desperate Housewives, and learn to do without Ryan as Leverage‘s ball-busting con artist Tara, they’ll both be back as crime-solving medical examiners in ABC’s Body of Proof.
Just for the record Katherine was never a clone of Bree, sure they both had similar interests, but Katherine was a much darker character, and more human. You know what I’m trying to say? Maybe all has to do with the actresses’ acting style I don’t know, Dana was more subtle with Katherine’s demonds, you could always feel them, while Marcia is too robotic.
I guess if Dana had taken the offer of Bree 7 years ago, Bree would be by now part of the list of best TV characters of the new century. Not saying Marcia is a bad actress just saying doesn’t portray Bree at a 100%
