Well I’ve been checking the emmy ballots that were out last night and, like I predicted, Dana’s gone for both categories this year:
Best Supporting Actress In A Comedy Series – as Katherine Mayfair / Desperate Housewives
Best Guest Actress In A Drama Series – as Special Agent Jordan Shaw / Castle
I’m surprised Castle now counts as a drama when it’s always been a comedy. Also, both Tick Tick Tick and Boom! Have been submited for best writing for Castle.
Can’t wait to see how it turns out for her. Too bad Big Love is also a drama and Sissy Spacek has it on the bag.
Do you know which episode she submitted for DH?
The episodes are unknown until the voting is done, so no idea about which one she submited. Actors can only submit themselves for their work in an episode, whereas tv shows can submit for three different ones unless it’s changed and they can submit more per show.
