After more than 5 years with the website, and over almost 7 years following Dana’s career, it’s time for the us here at Dana-Delany.org to say goodbye. Many factors go into our decision but ultimately it’s time to move on. We as a team haven’t felt the same way about the site for more than a year and although we’ve tried many times to bounce back, sadly we were unable to do so and rather than leave the site here to sit as a ghost town, are choosing to officially close the doors.
The website will remain open until the end of November, at which point all of it will be deleted and that includes the gallery. So please save any photos or anything before then.
Thank you all of the support over the years, perhaps someday we’ll see you again.
- The Team
TVLine has learned exclusively that Delany — who recently wrapped production on the second season of Body of Proof (the finale airs Tuesday) — will reprise her role as Katherine Mayfair in the show’s May 13 series finale.
And it appears she’ll be making the trip alone.
According to an insider, Katherine’s significant other, ex-stripper Robin (played by Dexter alumna Julie Benz), is not scheduled to appear in the episode.
Delany made her then-final appearance at the end of Season 6 when Kath embarked on a really long European vacation with Robin. It’s unclear what brings her back to town — perhaps the news that ex-fiancé Mike passed away finally reached across the pond?
On January 18th, 2012, Dana-Delany.org will go dark at 12am MT in protest of the Stop Online Privacy Act (SOPA) and PIPA (Protect IP Act). During that time, visitors will be directed to a black page informing you that the site has gone dark and is not available. The site will re-open at 12am MT (January 19th, 2012).
Many of our affiliate sites will be going dark as well in protest including many of our sister sites.
To learn more about SOPA please visit Wikipedia here and PIPA at Wikipedia here. Wikipedia along with other websites around the web will also be going dark in protest of these bills.

Rebeca has been removed from the http://Dana-Delany.org staff due to a serious lack of judgment in regards to tweets she posted on the site’s Twitter earlier this evening. This is the last statement I will be making about it. I am apologizing to Dana for the incredible error in Rebeca’s judgment and promising that Rebeca will not be apart of this website again. Rebeca is a wonderful Dana fan, but this is unacceptable. I do NOT condone illegal downloading, pirating or sharing of Dana’s work and I buy every piece of it that goes into the site, even the rare stuff. We will not ever tell you where you can find Dana’s work online for download or streaming and often spend much time helping others to find legal ways instead to buy and view Dana’s work. This is a large blow to the website and it is very painful but I cannot let this slide. Rebeca’s tweets are no way affiliated with the sites views, and they were simply her own opinion. This kind of situation will not be happening again.
Amelia is coming aboard full time and we will be operating completely as normal.
We will miss Rebeca, a lot, like I know you guys will. And we wish her the best of luck on her other sites and whatever she chooses to do from now on. She has been amazing asset to Dana-Delany.org and it has been an honor running the site with her these last three years.
