SUSAN INTRODUCES ROBIN (JULIE BENZ) TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD, ON ABC’S “DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES”

“Lovely” – Susan causes quite a stir when she invites a former stripper into her home on ABC’s “Desperate Housewives,” SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 21 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET). Former exotic dancer Robin will have a profound effect on Susan’s friends — with three teenage boys at home, Lynette will keep a watchful eye; Bree picks up a few tricks to engage Orson; Gaby looks for help with troublesome niece Ana; and Katherine will find a friendly companion.

  1. It’s great to see such a hit series as Desperate Housewives develop a non-traditional theme. I’ve never watched the show regularly, but I tuned in this week to see the plot develop between Katherine and Robin. Dana Delaney is sensational, of course.

My novel, Seeking Sara Summers, has a very similar storyline: a woman unhappy with her marriage and searching for a more authentic life, who never considered “barking up that tree,” now considers expanding her universe!

Well it’s nice to know you’ve watched the show this week for the storyline, Susan. If it interests you, it’s going to go on for two episodes more as far as I know, including either Robin or Katherine making the annoucement about their relationship.

And your book certainly sounds intersting.
