Because we live in such a fast paced world of information (for better or worse) I want to make it clear that I do not participate in any social networking sites. That includes Facebook, Myspace and Twitter. This is the only website with which I associate. The Dana Delany Official Website has been around for a long time thanks to you all and it’s the only one I need.

Brenda in Los Angeles: Do you have any more scoop on Drea de Matteo’s character on Desperate Housewives?
When we talked to the Housewives this weekend, even Drea de Matteo herself couldn’t say much about incoming character Angie Bolen, but her costar Dana Delany(Katherine) did spill a few tidbits that may pique your interest: “She’s such a mystery; we don’t really know who she is yet. She started out very friendly and is starting to show her strength.” As for who’s really under the veil, Delany said, “Lets just put it this way: Both Susan [Teri Hatcher] and Katherine believe that they’re the bride. It’s not good [for their friendship]. I’m very happy with my storyline this season because Katherine is getting to be a little snarky again. She’s getting her edge back.”
On Saturday, Dana attended ABC’s All Start party, a way to wrap up all the panels of the alphabet channel, and she was one of the five Desperate Housewives cast members who attended.
I have to say I didn’t like at first her boots, but as I looked closer to them I loved them – they’re see through! Really, you can even see the red nail polish of Dana’s toe nails. And speaking of red, as the sole has that colour I think the boots are Louboutin’s.
Also, in name of both Tori and I, we’re delighted to say we reached over 10000 hits on the webste already! All in less than 3 months, which is just great as the site keeps growing and this would not be possible without the support we get from each and one of you. Thank you.
On August 3, 2009, Dana attended the premiere of Mad Men‘s Season 3 at the Directors Guild Theatre. For those of you who don’t know, that’s one of her favourite shows on tv (and one of mine too).
Also tomorrow’s ABC’s panel at TCA’s Summer Press Tour. Sadly, this year there’s no Desperate Housewives panel as all the panels are for new shows starting this upcoming season. However, there will be an All Star party; I have no idea who is attending, but be sure to know that if our girl attends we’ll bring photos… That reminds me I have to prepare all the ones from last year to upload them to the gallery.
